I thought I'd only get notifications to my watch when my iphone screen is off, but when I receive a call or text from someone, both my phone and my watch vibrate. I think the vibration on the phone is kinda redundant... Is it possible to change the setting so that I only get notified on my watch?

Edit: Also, I get notified on BOTH phone and watch even when the phone screen is on. My wrist detection is ON. Did I get a defective watch...?

Edit 2: Tried everything (reboot, reset settings, un-pair/re-pair)... Still no luck. Sigh... Trying un-pair/re-pair for the third time. This is stupid. What's wrong with Apple

Am I the only one having this problem? I've tried setting my watch as a new device and this still happens. If this is a software issue, shouldn't it happen to everyone?
[doublepost=1482811789][/doublepost]I just talked to a specialist and was told that for phone calls, I am always notified on BOTH devices. :( Definitely didn't know this...

Phone calls are NOT a Notification. It turns into a Notification if you don't answer the call. Just like a land line all connected devices will ring on a phone call (iPad's, Mac's and iPhones).
