my iphone 3g battery life stack at 94% when charging?
what is wrong with that?

Thats not normal behaviour. It could be that the battery needs calibration (As the Macbook batteries need every now and again) Run the iphone till it switches of (Empty) and then fully charge it.

im done making my iphone empty..
but then.. it is stack in 94% i dunno what to do?

Well it its affecting you that much you can return it to Apple and they will replace the battery.

there is no apple store here in philippines ..
i just got mine to a cellular company...
well its not bothering me that much.
but is it really so bad having that 94% battery life?

No it is not. Batteries over time can't hold as much charge as when they were new. You can replace the battery yourself if it is bothering you, but this does void the warranty.
