Is it OK if I'm missing one screw with my MBP?

I have a 17 aluminum body MBP. i opened it up yesterday to change the RAM and, when closing it, i lost the last screw, one of those super tiny ones.

is that a problem? do i need to go out and replace it? is it ok if it is missing one screw? will that let in more dust and other debris?

If you're concerned, just go to the Apple store and see if they can put a screw in for you. It should be free.
