Is it possible for a Retina MBP with Samsung display to have ghosting?

Any display can have ghosting given the right conditions for it. I know that the iPads have always had fairly severe ghosting since the very beginning. Even the Retina iPads aren't safe.

The only reason we care about it on the Retina MBP is because everyone keeps talking about it.

There were quite a few reports of samsung ghosts last year. Not so much recently. Any IPS panel can suffer IR when abused, some don't need much abuse however due to panel to panel differences.
