iOS Is it possible to add functionality to the iphone email client?

Is it possible to add functionality to the email client. I need that all words "myApplication" should be highlighted. And when I clicked on it my application will opened.

Is it possible to implement it using iPhone SDK 3.0?

No, modifying any of Apple's applications would require their source code which I don't think they'll let you have.

The only thing you'd be able to do is create another email client people can use.
