Hello, I was on the phone the other day with an Apple Senior Advisor about problems on my iCloud account (safari history sync doesn't sync, I've got badges on reminders but I don't have reminders and so on...)

He told me maybe my account was "corrupted", so the best solution would be to create a new iCloud account. The bad thing is that I have a @me.com address I want to keep and use. I don't want to get multiple account sync on my iPhone or Mac.

I was wondering, is there a way to ask them to "reset" or "restore" my iCloud account, if I give them my password or whatever to proove that the account is mine and I want them to erase it.

Of course if it's possible, I'll copy my contacts, calendars, mails, pages, numbers... from my Mac to and hard drive to save my data.

Thanks
