Is it possible to Backup iCloud Data?

Hi team,

I was wondering if there was a way to backup the data stored in iCloud.
It just hit me that while I have 3 backups of my iTunes Library and Photos, (3 golden rules of computing) I don't have anything for iCloud, and I really like some of the stuff I have on there and would be rather distraught if I were to lose access to it, like if iCloud went down, I lost access somehow etc.

Is it possible backup all the data I have in iCloud, from app data to Notes to Reminders etc.

I have one Mac with "Optimize Mac Storage" turned off so my entire iCloud Drive is synced to my computer. My whole computer is then backed up by Time Machine and Backblaze.
