Is it possible to cancel iTunes preorder on iPhone?

I looked through my phone and don't see any way to do it. Is the something really obvious I'm just not seeing? I wanted to cancel a movie I had preorder for tomorrow

That's pretty lame you can't do it on any IOS device. A little confused why.... Just seems like an odd thing to leave out
