Is it possible to connect ipad to a seperate mobile via bluetooth?

Does the ipad allow you to connect the ipad to a nokia handset via bluetooth to text.

Just wondering as it would be much easier to type/text on the ipad compared to a nokia phone.

Or is a jailbreak required to allow such to happen?
