iOS Is it possible to connect iPhone to PC via wifi?

my phone is broken at the usb port, and i really need to connect it to a PC, i mean, like connecting with a usb cable (having it show up in the Windows file explorer etc.)
the phone and the PC are in the same wifi.
 
This is not a post about programming. You'll be way more likely to get helpful responses by posting it to the appropriate forum
