Is it possible to control an iPhone with a broken touchscreen?

The lower half of the touchscreen on my iPhone is broken, but I need to be able to get control of it somehow.

Is it possible to control the iPhone over the USB connection at all?

Move the icons u need to use to the upper part of the screen that works.
You can rearange them thru iTunes.

I can't unlock the phone because the touchscreen doesn't work that low.

Oh I forgot about that part🙂
Not much you can do then. Back it up thru iTunes and have it fixed or replaced.
