Is it possible to custumize dockflow?

I was just wondering. cause thoose icons that are suposed to be in the middle, is not exatcly my favorite apps.

if needed. i have an 2g ipod touch 3.0 firmware.

Do mean reoganise the apps in dock or the individual screens with apps on?
Either way, you hold your finger on any of the icons and they will start to wobble. Reorganise as appropriate and then hit the Home button to save changes.
