I was wondering if there was a way to somehow use my MBP airport to get internet access on my PC.

Right now Im "borrowing" internet from a neighbor and need to get it on my PC but dont want to buy a wireless NIC

Turn on 'connection sharing' in the nwtork prefs, and connect the pc to the MBP with an ethernet cable; or connect the Mac to the internet with a cable, and create a 'computer to computer network' with airport

You're stealing access from your neighbor and too cheap to buy a wireless NIC on top of it.

Classy. 🙄
