I have 4K so I guess I better learn to like it.If you have the Apple TV HD, which is the 4th generation Apple TV, it has a USB-C Port on the back that you have to hook up to your Mac and use either Xcode or Configurator to downgrade. On the Apple TV 4K, they took the USB-C Port off, so there is no going back once you install tvOS 13.

The only way to get it back to the current release of TvOS is to take to the Apple Store and explain that your either Apple Developer or Public Beta and wish to go back to current release which they might have some special tools to downgrade it if not they just replace your Apple TVI tried the reset and restore option, but it just re downloaded tvOS 13.
