Is it possible to exchange mac?

I bought my pro 13" in october from best buy. I am past my 14 day return limit. Is there any way I could take this one back and pay the difference fora 15"?

most likely not, but you can try 😉

since you would in exchange buy a more expensive product, they might agree to do it. Maybe they will ask you to pay a box opening fee or something like that. Who knows.

Sorry but i just thought maybe someone here had already tried and could possibly give me some tips or just share their story.

What tips do you need when all you do is call or show up in person and ask? The worst they can do is say no. Unless you are subtly asking for some kind of underhanded/unethical/illegal way of doing it.
