iPod Is it possible to get music off differently formatted Classic?

I use Windows, but the Ipod Classic is Macintosh formatted (1.1.2 Mac). Is there a way to backup the music without access to a Macintosh computer?

Yes, install a hfs+ driver. This is the Mac Filesystem.
