Is it possible to get os2 (beta or final build) with ios 9.1 beta?

i would like to get os2 beta today, and get the final release on wed. i am downloading ios 9.1 beta now. is this possible? thank you
 
Yes my phone is running iOS 9.1 beta and watch is on watchOS 2.0 GM. Both working fine without any issues so far.

The wOS beta program is only available to developers. It is only a few hours so just wait it out. wIOS 1.1 works fine on iOS 9.1.
