Is it possible to import photos from a second computer?

I am going to a wedding and will brimg my netbook and my iPad.

Usually my iPad is sync to my main PC.

Is there anyway I can import photos from my netbook to my iPad.

I do not have a camera connextion kit but my netbook has a SD card reader.
