It is a 32gb 3gs firmware 3.1.3 baseband 5.12.01. I restored it thru iTunes so all the data was wiped. That firmware and baseband were where it was at when I bought it.

Is it possible to Jailbreak/Unlock 3GS 3.1.3(7E18) with baseband 5.12.01

It is a 32gb 3gs firmware 3.1.3 baseband 5.12.01. I restored it thru iTunes so all the data was wiped. That firmware and baseband were where it was at when I bought it.
You will have to wait a few days or so till a new JB software program is out.
Nothing at the moment for a 3GS will Hactivate/activate it on 3.1.3 or 4.0
Not even if I had a Canadian SIM? When I got it, it was already jailbroken with Spirit.
If you had a canadian sim you could officially activate it then run spirit to JB and install cydia.
Then unlock it by installing ultrasnow thru cydia.
But I wouldnt advice going out and getting a canadian sim since there will be programs available to activate and JB it on 4.0 any day now.
