    Not all of them; launch-day NZ models had 10.0.0. I'm not sure about other countries.

    Mine in the U.S. also had 10.0 (not 10.0.1) right out of the box.

    It depends on when your iPhone was manufactured, it can be either 10.0.0 or 10.0.1 right now.

    My sisters 7 Plus received last week came with 10.0.2 out of the box.

    I think the better question is "Why didn't the OP know this already?"

    It's not like Apple held it's press event about iOS 10 underneath a rock or anything.

    As far as the original question by the OP - your iPhone 7 came with iOS 10
    the specific (dot) version depends on when it was manufactured.
    It's iOS 10. dot versions are just details.
    You likely updated it (or should) as you set it up.
    What difference does it make now?

    The latest iPhone I got (because of an exchange) was 10/15.
