I am interested in buying a refurbished Imac from Apple. I would like to have it shipped to an Apple store nearby-which I know is possible. However, I would also like to pay cash for it.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Thanks!

I believe you have to pay for it in advance online, is there any reason why you can't put the cash into your bank account and pay with a debit card?

you can go to an apple store and buy an apple gift card with cash. then you can walk over to one of the computers, order a refurb, select the option for in store pickup, and pay for the order with the gift card you just bought.

Make sure it isn't an iTunes Gift card otherwise... you'll be buying a ton of music or apps

Cash is king with many 'used' pruchases..
without being too intrusive- may i ask why pay cash for such a high tech purchase?
