I was able to snag a 15 Pro Max for tomorrow pickup, however my order status shows the iPhone is ready for pickup.

Would Apple be willing to let me pickup my phone early? I understand I would have to wait for them to accommodate me

I think picking up earlier on the same day is usually fine, if it's for next day, I'm not 100% sure. Maybe just call the store to confirm if you can stop by.

If the Store you are picking up from has few customers then you can.

If not then it depends on the employee you are dealing with.

Not too early. The store will ask you to return closer to your pick-up time slot. That was happened to me last year. Each unavailable time slot is already assigned for customer and staff. iPhone launch weekend is pretty pack. I would say, to be safe not to turned away is to come 5 minutes before your assigned time. It is up to you if you like to take the risk of being turned away.

I could see enforcing this strictly if you need an employee's help to get all set up and restored, etc. But if you are like many and just want to pick up and handle everything yourself, it seems silly to not allow someone to bring it out and hand it to you.

IMO the checkout page where you schedule the window should ask something like "Do you need assistance from an employee with your new phone at pickup?" and if you say no, they can just allow you to pick anytime.

Absolutely no chance in Liverpool shop.
My pick up time is 16:00-16:15 and i turned up at 12:30 and was told no.
Advised I could arrive late but not early and was sent away.

it all depends. I have an iphone 15 pro max ready for pick up at 3:15 pm. I have the apple watch ultra 2 for tomorrow. When I pick up my iphone today, im going to ask if I can also pick up the watch as well.

My pick up was 8:15 PM walked 8:15 AM and they gave it to me lmaoo I'm not sure if it was a mistake on their end and didn't pay attention to the AM PM or it was really ready 😂

Probably didnt pay attention. I should do that next time. Choose 8 pm but show up at 8 am 😂

Update: i went there around my lunch time which is 3 hours earlier than my time. They did not turn me away but had me stand in line which would take an hour. If i go there closer to my time I choose they would put me in the front. I’m going to decide and just go at my time slot so i can be at the front.

I arrived 25 minutes early for mine and was out of there before my scheduled appointment. Super easy and quick, but I did see them turn away someone who wasn’t scheduled for check in for another 6 hours.

just came back from the store, picked up 6 hours earlier than appointment and it was no issue. They didn’t even ask about the time, just scanned the QR code and I was all set. But perhaps it depends on the store.

It depends on your store. My pickup time was tomorrow, but I went to the store to check out the phone in person. I asked one of the associates whether I can pick mine up since it was ready anyway and they didnt have any problem.

I was able to pickup an hour in advance. The store employees were accommodating. Depends on your store traffic though.

Interesting that those with pickups tomorrow are already being told it's ready for pickup. I have an appointment tomorrow, and it still shows that it's in progress.

Yeah I think it’s because they are not going to sell you inventory that isn’t already at the store. So if ordered today for pickup tomorrow, the phone was already at the store when you placed your order. I think they are just staggering when people pick it up in an attempt to lessen crowds. Interesting that your order stills shows in progress.

I have a pickup time of 1215-1230 for an Apple Watch, band and new AirPods. My pickup time for my iPhone 16 Pro is 1430-1445. Surely they'll let me pick it up when I'm there for my watch.

Most likely. Last year my husband’s phone pick up was an hour before his Watch and they gave him both at the phone pickup.
