Okay .. now I have quite an idea, maybe quite a silly idea but let´s see

Is it possible for us to replace iPod touch 4g LCD with iPhone 4 LCD?

Since iPhone 4 get IPS panel while our beloved iPod touch (unfairly) get crappy TN panels. While they share same resolution and retina display spec, it´s still unbearabale to look at your iPod touch at some angles

The washout and contrast reduction just so annoying on iPod touch 4g, so is it possible? due to iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4 share the same resolution?

Anyone doing it yet? or I could search the tutorial on youtube, google? I haven´t found one

Same resolution, but not the same thickness or glass. The LCD is fused to the front glass, so you would be required to use the iPhone 4 glass, which doesn't appear that it would fit. IPS displays also tend to be thicker.
