Is it possible to replace my TV setup with an iMac?

I want to replace my TV with a 24" iMac... Is it possible?

I know I can get the following:

TV = EyeTV's DTT

But what about taking advantage of HD gaming and connecting my Wii / XB360 / PS3 via component cable, etc.

And what Surround Sound options do I have while watching DVDs on the iMac? Are there any speaker systems that anyone recommends using with the iMac?

In short: You can do it... but there will be some caveats depending on what you plan to do. We're almost to the point where computers and TV's integrate seamlessly but we're not completely there yet.
