General Is it possible to restore app data from the backup?

Hi! I with to setup iPhone as new but I need to transfer app data from the backup to iPhone. Is it possible?
 
Yes, that will restore everything that is in that backup. If the data is not in the backup, restoring will do no good. You have to have a backup that contains that data.
