If you jailbreak your iPhone you can use treasuremytext or iTextUploader

You can take a screen shot and save that.

Screen Shot the txt and then you can email it to whomever you want.

Press the sleep and home button at the same time, your screen should flash

I haven't actually tried this yet, but this will let you export the text:

There's other software that does this too, but it all requires payment.
