I have dispatch date today 18 th , actually I have it in preparing to dispatch

Is it possible send it in the same day of preparing for dispatch or not ?

Lol. I got your point. The answer is, it is possible to have it "shipped" on the same day but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. You'll get the phone in a few days so don't sweat it.
