macOS Is it Possible to set up iDisk to copy changes in a certain folder to iDisk?

Excuse my ignorance in this matter

I have my lecture notes/labs/schedules/etc. saved in this Semester's folder within my documents folder, and this folder is very dynamic and changes numerous times during class days. Currently, I manually copy and paste this folder to iDisk on my desktop.

I was wondering if I can set up Folder Actions or iDisk to automatically sync changes to this folder so that I no longer have to remember to do this every evening?

Again, I apologize for my ignorance, and any help with this issue is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I am not sure if this should be in the Programming section but I suggest you look into http://www.getdropbox.com; free 2GB trial size which I hope is sufficient for your lecture notes.
