Is it possible to skip 7.0.2 OTA? (7.0 --> 7.0.3)

Rather than applying unnecessary upgrades over upgrades, is there a way to force the iPhone to detect the 7.0.3 upgrade in settings? Right now it's saying that 7.0.2 is the latest version available.

I used to be able to force-close the settings app and it would perform another check but that doesn't seem to be working anymore. I also seem to recall that iTunes would check for the latest version but it's also saying that 7.0.2 is the latest one.

Kind of on topic: I don't know if the updates are cumulative.

I've just updated my iPhone from 7.0 to 7.0.3 over-the-air, so it's definitely possible. I don't know how to force Settings to perform another update check, though.

Yes you can go straight from 7.0 to 7.0.3 by OTA or iTunes!
