iPhone is it possible to unlock iphone 4 from UK ?

i have a iphone 4 may be 4S from UK. and now i am in USA and would like to use with tmobile. can i unlock it?

Its 4S, and under contract so Orange said NO. but I have moved to US..
what are my option..? currently i have Tmobile plan, and would like to use my 4S with tmobile.
