Is it possible to UPDATE from iOS 6 to 7?

    Without losing anything?

    Or the only way to go is to do a full restore?

    Edit:

    Other things i've picked up from other threads:

    1- You won't be able to "Sync" or "restore your iPhone from a backup" unless you have iTunes 11.1.

    2- You can however Restore from an iCloud backup.

    3- You can Restore and Update using the current iTunes.

    Of course. That's what 95% of people will be doing when it's released OTA.

    can you update to iOS 7 GM without doing a full restore?

    Yep. I'd recommend a full restore though. It cleans things up.

    Anyone apps not downloading/updating on ios 7 beta6 iphone 5

    I had this problem forever now but none of my apps will download or update at all

    Not necessary from an iOS standpoint.

    He snuck a title in on his post referring to beta 6. :)

    I saw that...but figured I'd pose it as a sort of rhetorical question, considering it's got nothing at all to do with this thread at all.
