Is it Possible: Two Macs, two chips, two OSs?

I might be getting an intel based MBP running Snow Leopard.

Will I encounter any issues moving data such as work-in-progress CS2 and CS4 files or iMovie and FCE files back and forth from this to a G5 tower running Leopard? I start many projects on the road but prefer working on my desktop when I can. Thanks

My memory fails me but I believe CS4 is universal, and you can have two installations/activations per license, so I would make my adobe apps current and latest if you'll swap files. I don't use FCP or iMovie so no advice there.
