actually, you don't need to restore. in your HDD (if your a mac)

~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Carrier Support

where ~ is your username, in that folder is the original IPCC file🙂

look in Program Files for the iTunes folder, then look for that Carrier Support folder. it should be in there
