Is it safe to keep the X on the Qi charger overnight?

i always did this plugged in but now with the wireless chargers, the phone gets warm when charging. I guess it’s no different from the Apple Watch, which I used to charge overnight. Fwiw, I bought the Mophie charger Apple sells.

No. You should stay awake all night and keep watching the phone. As soon as it charges to 100%, you should remove it from the charger within 30 seconds. Under no circumstance you are allowed more than 1 minute to remove the iPhone. Otherwise the phone will automatically call aliens to invade the earth.
