Is it safe to roll back to Beta 2?

Beta 3 has broken some apps for me. Can we roll back to the previous beta?

Not in my experience unfortunately. Your best course of action is to backup your users directory and do a clean install.

No your computer will literally explode in a fireball of ash and twisted metal if you roll back. It's Apple's built in mechanism to keep users up to date.
