I remember the 4S sold out of its initial supply in about 4 hours or some ungodly time like that. I wonder when we can get some sales numbers for the iPhone 6 models.

Ordered 2 phones. 2nd one from ATT is 14-21 days away. So basically a week to 2 weeks over launch day.
Why do you guys assume these are accurate? It's like the first couple hours

But yeah I think the Plus will definitely be a major player going forward for Apple, perhaps even becoming the primary iPhone size by the time the 7 rolls around...
I do think that most configurations are "sold out" now. None will ever be sold out, but the initial stock for 9/19 deliveries have mostly dried up and will likely be completely depleted by the early afternoon.
Most people will be able to get all models and configurations in October and November, though. Not a big deal if you missed out on the 9/19 if you have to wait two extra weeks.
As far as I can see, most options for the Plus dried up pretty quickly after they went on order: they maybe lasted an hour at most.

Looks like the unlocked model is still delivering 9/19 for all configurations except the Gold 6+. That one says 3-4 weeks already.
Guess I was lucky to get both of mine for the 19th, I would have thought that there would be more supply to avoid these delays. The 6 Plus sold out quick!
I went for the two 6 units, the "Plus" size looked great but not so sure I want to carry that on me all day!

Seems like they have really good stock on the 6. All models and colors (for AT&T at least) are still shipping for launch day.
Much less stock for the 6+. All the 16GB models are now 7-10 days, and 64 and 128GB models are already at 3-4 weeks for all colors.

I think that's definitely a safe bet.
Being a Mac user and tech fan I typically get the new iPhone each year. I can honestly say though I'm really really excited about this 6+. Can't wait till next Friday or hopefully early delivery.
Everything on the UK Apple Store has slipped to 7-10 days for the iPhone 6 and 3-4 weeks for the iPhone 6 Plus.
