Is it the iPhone 15 Pro support audio message transcriptions on iOS 17?

I found the iphone 15 Pro support the audio message transcriptions on iOS 17.0.2 in iMessage.
The iPhone 12 mini(ios 17.0.2) just show the red-pink voice icons which can't conver the voice to text now.

Did it means that 15 Pro can support the audio message transcriptions only?

It doesn’t work for me either. iPhone 15 Pro max.
My wife’s on the iPhone 14 Pro Max and hers works perfectly fine

Isn’t that weird? I wonder if I need to toggle it off and back on again… or is that even possible…
