Take a look at one of my earlier topics, above ^^
Now, I am on my 6th phone, it is currently in my city but not out for delivery from what I can see. I had to bring this phone to the Apple Store to get another new one sent out, and the guy immediately said I deserved another one.
So, I called and got a very nice woman in CustomerRelations Tier2, and she granted me 150 bucks worth of goodies. I wound up getting the Kingston Battery Pack and Charger, InCase Protective Cover for iPhone 3G, and the new Sony In-Ear headphones. She also through in a screen protector/anti-glare for free. The case and the phone are scheduled to come on Monday, while the protector and the battery are already here.
Interestingly enough, I would have though I would get compensation before the 6th phone, but perseverance is key in situations like mine. They are rare, but do happen.
Also, take a look at this thread, where I found out something quite interesting about the phone I am about to receive this time:

Hope this helps, and I wish you good luck in replacing your phone!
(BTW, if you got them all replaced at an Apple Store, then they may have a bad batch of Service Phones, like mine did. So, just call 1-800-MY-IPHON, and then tell the Tier 1 Agent that you have gone through multiple phones and this one now have problems "xyz". Then, they will get you to a "product Specialist," or AppleCare Tier1. Then ask if you can get a brand new one rather than an advanced replacement, so you can have piece of mind in knowing that the phone will be good (which is true). Then they will either give you to, or will contact AppleCare Tier2 - Customer Relations, and then they should give you the option to get a customer replacement. This means they will fax you a cover letter, saying that they will replace the phone with a new one, and will charge you if the defective one isn't returned in 30 days. Your credit/debit card number will have to be provided, but NOTHING will be charged/held. Then you fax the papers back and if it is a weekday, an agent from CR - Corporate will send you an email or phone call, saying that the order is processing and you will get an order number to track the progress.)
^That should help you out xD
P.S. If you wind up doing what I said above, please PM me and tell me where they sent your iPhone from, once you have the tracking number.
P.S.S. NOTE: Wait until Monday to do this. Customer Relations and CR-Corporate are NOT in their offices until Monday at 8:30 AM, CST. Then they are their Mon-Fri. 8:30AM CST - 7:30 PM CST. That is the only time the Product Specialists will be able to get you to one of the Customer Relations Reps.
