All iPads Is it true that ipads gain more storage with 8.1.1?

Hmm, you know, I didn't notice that. It kinda DOES seem like it though as I've been testing MFi enabled games and I've crammed loads and loads of them onto my device.

You did need 3.1 GB of free space to install the update though...

This seems about right. My Mini went from 9.55 to 9.8.

Ios 7 supposedly had a size of around 700mb, while IOS 8 is around 1.3gb, so now the size goes down to 1gb, is that right?
