Is it true that iPhone 3G (not S) only supports 3.6 Mbps?!

    Honestly, is it true that the old iPhone 3G only supports 3.6 mbps?! I, for real, was convinced that it in theory could do 7.2?! What a ****ing bummer.

    My all time high is 3.2 mbps, but I always thought that my network was the bottleneck.

    i suposed that iphone 3g had hdspa since they are selling 3g 7.2mbps cards since 2007

    Yeah, why use HSDPA with 3.6 when 7.2 has been available for years?
