Is it true that iPhone is loosing some features when display changes?

I have iPhone 7 and the display is changed by the previous owner, but I don't see any lack of features or anything else? Should I be concerned about something?

Not sure specifically what you mean by "display is changed" but you should restore the iPhone as new using iTunes.

It's not a problem with any data on the phone, but I heard that some features are missing if you change your display, like 3D touch, how I see, the phone is working fine.

My concern is that you'd be using an iPhone that someone else was using without wiping it clean.
