Is it worth it getting a 2011 iMac?

I hadn't ever had an iMac before. I didn't know the physical differences.

No. Go for at least a 2012/13 model that came with USB3 and improved graphics. And only buy one with a SSD fitted as they are the very devil to crack with glued screens.
