Is it worth to buy a cheap iBook or PowerBook?

My PowerBooks have aluminum casings and compared to blinding plastic white are quite stunning and infinitely more stylish than any iBook G3 or G4 could ever hope to aspire to.

Note, take the above statements (made in jest) with a grain of salt seeing as I am a self-described non-liker of iBooks.

I was talking about the G3 PowerBook. Obviously the G4 has a nice styling like the G3 and G4 iBook, but the G3 PowerBook first came before the iMac/iBook burst into the scene with its pretty colors and translucent styling.
