Is it worth upgrading to 2.2.1 from a jailbroken 2.2?

Just wondering people's thoughts on this.

I have an iPhone 3G v2.2 jailbroken and I'm liking it how it is working for me. Sometime safari causes me some issues but generally, it works fine.
I'm just wondering, to those who upgraded to 2.2.1 and re-jailbroken their phones, did you feel that it was worth all the hassle of reinstalling everything? I understand that you can simply update and you won't have to put all your contacts, music and the like back on it, but even reinstalling all my Cydia apps would be a pain.

Basically, what I'm asking is whether or not the 2.2.1 jailbreak provides much in terms of performance and/or stability over 2.2.

Ask yourself if the process of jailbreaking again and the time taken is worth the new features in the update. We can't answer this for you, only you can. :)

2.2.1 is slightly more stable than 2.2, if that helps. And the boot time seems slightly faster.

Safari is a lot more stable also. It used to crash on me all the time. I think it only crashed once since i upgraded on Friday.

IMHO it's not necessary to update to 2.2.1. I updated the other day and can't tell the difference.

In my opinion, 2.2.1 was mainly released to update the baseband to disable yellowsn0w. In a matter of some time, all apple replacements will have 2.2.1.
