Is it worth using an upgrade for the iPhone 4s?

My family switched to AT&T November 21, 2010. My line is eligible for an upgrade November 21, 2011. My other two lines are eligible July 7, 2012. We all have iPhone 4's but I'm the only one that is considering getting one. Is it worth using the upgrade or should I just wait for the next iPhone?

What features interest you in the iPhone 4s? What does your iPhone 4 do that you won't be able to do on your iPhone 4s? What will happen if you don't have the features found only on the iPhone 4s?
 
sell your iphone 4 ... 350~450... your warranty is almost done, and the defective antenna.
 
I'm really worried that apple will put out a new phone and then I won't be able to get it unless I can use another upgrade on my plan. I love my iPhone 4 but I'm always one who has to have the latest and greatest. I partially want to stick it out with my 4 because I don't want to support apple in their decision of only releasing the 4s.

I am facinng the same dilemma. I upgraded to the iPhone 4 on July 25, 2011 and was eligible for a full upgrade on July 25, 2011, however I don't love the
4s but I do want a new iPhone. I am worried that AT&T will no longer honor the yearly upgrade and I'll be stuck with the 4s if a new iPhone comesout next year (likely).
