is iWeb dead now? I tried to use it to create a website and one of the widgets are MobileMe gallery I tried to add but it says I need to add my MobileMe account which I did and still not working for me? If it's dead is their any alternative on the app store?

MobleMe is gone. iWeb will still work if you avoid the MobileMe pieces.

As for the Mac App Store, try searching on both "html editor" and "web editor" and after you find applications that looking interesting you can do web searches on them to find out more information and hopefully reviews.

for get iWeb, it's dead-dead.

I was a nice attempt that lost focused too fast.
I good tool full of javascripts that was hard....was.

you can make better pages using textedit or other free text editors. Focus on learning HTML rather than anything like iWeb.
