So i want to make an Apple website and I want to use iWeb but is it free? I think it is besides buying iLife `08 anyways looking foward to making my site

It's part of iLife. You have to buy iLife to get it.

the app is part of iLife.. but the service to host the site is $99 per yr.. ( .Mac )

You can also use iWeb to publish to any site as of iLife '08, so you don't technically have to sign up for .Mac for $99/year if you have hosting elsewhere.
