Is MacMall outsourcing to India?

Anyone know?
Everytime I call there is a rep with a heavy accent. Whenever I ask where they are located they say "California".... something doesn't seem right.

Anyone know ?
 
MacMall and outsourcing

I recently purchased a white MacBook from MacMall. The Account Rep who handled (or mishandled) the transaction was in the Phillipines.
