I've been getting this error all day "We could not complete your App Store request. - The App Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Seems to be okay for me while connecting to Hong Kong Store.

No error when you click on Updates (error above)? How about Purchases (won't show anything as installed)?

Purchases and Updates are working for me (NZ).
