Is Mobile Me supposed to be working?

I just updated iTunes, Downloaded the Mobile me Control Panel for PC, signed on, and tried to hit the sync tab. ERROR!!! Repeated errors.

I can't access the sync tab at all without getting a windows error. What gives?

UPDATE:

It does appear that the PC and the iPhone are syncing, but I still get the error in windows. Very odd.
